30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day “no questions asked” refund for all new purchases of our digital products, including:
- Individual Plugin Licenses (Annual and Lifetime).
- Professional Bundles.
- Membership Plans.
The refund period is available for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If the 30th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the window extends to the next business day.
Renewals, Upgrades, and Monthly Plans
To ensure fairness and continuity of service, the following conditions apply:
- Renewals: Each renewal (monthly or annual) is considered a continuation of the service. Refunds are not applicable for automatic renewals. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Upgrades: Refunds do not apply to license upgrades (e.g., moving from a Single Site to a Bundle or from a Free to a Pro plan).
- Monthly Subscriptions: Only the initial month of a new subscription is eligible for a refund. Subsequent months are considered renewals and are non-refundable.
Misuse and Bad Faith
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a user has acted in bad faith or misused our services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Purchasing a product for a specific one-time project and requesting a refund immediately after completion.
- Excessive refund requests by the same user or entity.
- Violation of our Terms of Service or licensing agreements.
Complementary Services and Value Adjustments
If you received any complementary or promotional services at no additional charge as part of your purchase (such as premium installation, custom CSS, or expert consultation), and you subsequently request a refund for the associated paid product, the standard market cost of those services will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Bundles and Memberships
Refunds for bundles and memberships are processed for the entire package. We do not offer partial refunds for individual plugins included within a bundle if the bundle was purchased at a discounted rate.
Free Trials
If a product or membership is accessed via a Free Trial, the 30-day refund policy does not apply, as you have had the opportunity to evaluate the software at no cost prior to being charged.
